A Home Inspection with Peace of Mind

How Inspection Protection Works

Step 1

The home seller, listing agent, or buyer chooses to add Inspection Protection and only pays if the home sells.

The inspection is completed by a qualified preferred partner.

Step 2

The inspection report is available online for the buyer or prospective buyers to view at any time.

Step 3

We issue the service contract to the home buyer after closing.

The home is protected for one year and up to a total of $100K for all covered components
